What is the difference between Pro and Premium?
Both include WhatsApp alerts and the Trip Planner. Premium users are notified 5 minutes before Pro users when a spot opens — at popular camps that head start is the difference between getting it or not.
Can I filter by accommodation type?
Yes. When creating an alert you can filter by campsite, chalet, cottage, lodge, or any type. You can even watch multiple types at once.
How long do alerts run?
Until your arrival date. Alerts expire automatically after that.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your dashboard, hit Cancel subscription. Your access stays active until your current year expires — no charge after that.
